Refund Policy

For any One-on-One Sessions, classes, gatherings and events that are not part of an extended reoccurring program, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours of the commencement of the event.  Your payment is non-refundable and we offer no credit, if you do not make your scheduled reservation and you have failed to notify us at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event to reschedule. 

 

Any program, workshop, class or event that is not a one time event, but has reoccurring meetings spread over a period of time, a full refund is available if you cancel 15 days prior to the commencement of the program.  Only 75% of the paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is requested between the 7th day to the 14th day, prior to the commencement of the program.  Only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is requested between the 2nd day to 6th day, prior to the commencement of the program. Fees are non-refundable if you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the date the workshop begins. 

 

Programs, workshops, classes or events that are reoccuring are pre-paid in full and they are not pro-rated. If you miss one or more of the scheduled meetings, you will not get a credit or refund for the time you missed. 

 

Due to the fact that reoccuring programs spread over a period of time, in the event of an unexpected emergency and you cannot make the program you reserved at all, you have up to one year from the original sign up date to attend another similar program provided by Gladys Jimenez, provided the program has not been discontinued.  This is only if you do not attend the program at all. If you joined the program, attended one or more times and dropped it, there is no refund or credit given.

We reserve the right to cancel any of the workshops or sessions we offer at anytime. In the rare occasion we do cancel a workshop, class, event or session, a full refund will be issued for any fees paid, without any additional compensation.
