Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

 

Boldly Creating Life Foundation (BCLF) will ensure your products are carefully packaged, insured, and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your payment clears via the United States Postal Service or Fedex. If you are local, we can arrange for delivery of the item you purchased, for a small fee or you may pick it up at no extra charge.

 

We will send you a shipment confirmation notice to the email address you provide for us. The email will have the shipment tracking number and the URL of our shipper's web-based tracking tool, along with the shipper's customer service number. Please note that if you have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive this email, so white list our email.

 

Please note that all our artwork donated by artists for sale ships unframed. Gallery wrapped canvases do not need to be framed to hang, though you may do so if you wish.

 

Sometime artwork is created on wood or canvas panels (you will see the description on the item page), these type of art works do need a frame to hang or use a decorative easel to display. The sizes chosen for the wood/canvas panels are usually standard for easy framing.

 

Cancellations & Returns

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you changed your mind after purchasing artwork, you may cancel your order up to the time at which your order is processed to be shipped for a full refund, which will be issued within 1 business days, though your credit card company/bank may take longer to process. Please contact us to cancel your order, with your order information right away.

 

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item at your shipping expense within 14 days of receiving it for a full purchase price refund, minus shipping cost, provided the item is received in the same condition it was sent to you.

 

Once we receive your return, we will issue refund within 2 business days, though your credit card company/bank may take longer to process on their end.

 

In the unlikely event that your item was damaged during shipping, we would need photographs of damaged item and box it was received in so we can place a claim with shipping company. We have no control of shipment once item has shipped, but we do insure the items we ship, so refund will depend on the shipping company we used, either USPS or Fedex, or if you made a special request for a different courier.  

 

Please note that all sales are final for all items sold at auction and there are no returns accepted if you bought your item at auction. 

 

Customs & Import Duties for International Purchases

 

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from our website you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Copyrights

 

When purchasing original art work it is understood that all rights remain with the artist as per international copyright law, and you are not purchasing reproduction rights. The artist has the right to reproduce and market the artwork, and by mutual agreement between the client and artist, to have the option of requesting the original artwork for exhibition.

 

Other Notices

 

The colors in the art work may be slightly different than the images online, due to each computer monitor being different, and the loss of clarity with digital photography in some cases.
